Behler-Young is a leading HVAC distributor serving Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Since 1926, the company provides heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions to contractors. Behler-Young represents top industry brands and offers training programs to help professionals stay current with the latest technologies.
I lead the design and production of content across digital and print platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity. My role includes developing and maintaining the visual identity across all touchpoints, from web and catalog design to environmental graphics and spatial experiences. I oversee targeted marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and event promotion. Additionally, I produce monthly promotional materials and manage creative execution to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Bryant Dealer Meeting 2025
The Bryant Dealer Meeting is Behler-Young’s premier annual event exclusively for business owners and principals. Held at the MGM Grand in Detroit, this event is designed to connect dealers with industry experts, new technologies, and valuable business resources. From keynote speakers and hands-on breakout sessions to product showcases and networking opportunities, the meeting equips attendees with the insights and tools needed to grow their business and stay ahead in the ever-evolving HVAC industry.
For this event, I led the design of all visual touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand experience that combined the identities of Behler-Young and Bryant. This included motion graphics for video displays, name tags, posters, wayfinding signage, presentation templates, and invitation emails. When the hired photographer failed to show on the first day, I stepped in to capture event photography myself. I also collaborated with the in-house tech team to bring motion graphics to life on the stage’s backdrop, marking a first for the venue.
